About
Hi, I'm Annie Chesterfield, a physical therapist and the founder of Riley Lake Movement.I've been a physical therapist for 15 years with a special focus on women's pelvic health, building strength, and helping people stay active throughout his or her entire life. My background as a professional dancer shaped the way that I think about the body. I've always been interested in how strength, mobility, coordination, and confidence come together to help us move well.I integrate orthopedic physical therapy and pelvic health to treat your whole body, not just your symptoms. From back pain and joint issues to pelvic floor health, postpartum recovery, and menopause transitions, my goal is to help you move comfortably and stay active in the activities you love.I'm also Pilates certified through Balanced Body and enjoy incorporating Pilates, strength training, and movement education into my practice.Outside of physical therapy you'll find me running, lifting weights, reading, and hanging with my family and friends.Riley Lake Movement provides cash-based physical therapy, pelvic physical therapy, and movement-focused care in the southwest Minneapolis area.

REVIEWS"Annie helped me with my complaint by looking at me as a whole person. Had she not looked at my shoulder, the pelvic floor problem would not have been fixed." -Michelle S.
